Banana Chocolate-chip Muffin

Wet (mix all wet first)

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbs milk
  • 1 cup mashed banana

Dry (mix in another bowl)

  • 1 & 3/4 cup flower
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Topping (mix it at the end)

  • 1/3 cup chocolate chip (mixed)
  • 1/6 cup chocolate chip (decoration)

Baking (put in the oven)

  • 180 °C -> 12min – 18 min
